Bucas Buzz Off Zebra Fly Rug
The Buzz-Off Zebra range of fly, insect and UV protective products are made from a specially developed light weight fine mesh fabric with Zebra print. This mesh blocks even the smallest of insects and reduces the effects of ultraviolet radiation. Research has discovered that flies hate the Zebra stripes as they find it confusing and so steer clear of them! The belly pad ensures that the rug is kept in place at the same time as it protects the belly of the horse. The overlapping, padded and lined front provides superb comfort and protection. The unique elasticated and detachable belly pad gives protection to the belly of the horse and also helps to stabilise the rug in position, Shoulder darts ensure an excellent fit and plenty of shoulder room. Silk-feel lining on the shoulder area helps prevent rubbing. The tail flap gives additional protection to the tail. With attachments for leg straps. Mask sold separately.
For smaller parcels we use Royal Mail first class recorded and for larger parcels we use APC Couriers. Both services are based on a 48hour weekday delivery time for mainland UK addresses. If we receive your order by 1pm (Monday-Friday) we will dispatch the item that day. Exceptions - our couriers follow the English & Scottish Bank holiday dates, so deliveries and collections cannot be made over those dates. Due to the Corona Pandemic, our postage times will vary. If you place an order with us online, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
For International postage, we currently use royal mail small parcels, tracked/signed.
At this time, we are unable to dispatch items on Saturdays and Sundays.
For the security of your parcel, items cannot be left with neighbours or in a safe place. We accept that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we believe this ensures YOU receive your' parcel and not someone else! If you need your item to be delivered to an address where you are able to accept it, please include this in the delivery option. Please contact us if you need to change the delivery address - we will do our best to ensure it goes to the correct destination. Please email info@countryways.com
Items must be sent back to us unused, in their original packaging and with all labels attached within 28 days of receipt. Please use a signed for service via a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items and courier for larger item with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. We cannot be held accountable, and therefore cannot offer a refund/exchange, if we do not receive the item.
To facilitate a speedy refund, please complete our RETURNS FORM, which should be included with your parcel. You are liable for all postage costs and these will not be refunded as part of the return. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed.
Christmas returns policy - We’ve extended our usual return time limit just for the festive season. Any item bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned up until Monday 18 January.
