We're getting ready for a weekend of wagging tails, four-legged fun and plenty of treats as we celebrate the launch of our brand-new Dog Boutique at Country Ways in Banchory!
Our Pups Party Weekend promises something for every dog lover, with professional dog photography, expert training advice, a special visit from Therapets, tasty treats and a red carpet competition with a fantastic £250 Country Ways voucher up for grabs!
Whether you've got a playful puppy, a seasoned gundog or a much-loved family pet, we'd love you to come along and join the fun.

🐶 Discover Our New Dog Boutique
We're delighted to unveil our new Dog Boutique, a dedicated shopping area on the ground floor of our Banchory store, packed with everything your four-legged friend could wish for.
From stylish dog coats and practical accessories to leads, collars, toys, treats and gifts, there's plenty to discover. You'll find favourites from brands including Barbour Dogs, alongside a wonderful selection of products for dogs of all shapes and sizes. And, of course, your dogs are more than welcome to come shopping with you!
🏆 Strut Your Stuff! Our Red Carpet Dog Competition – Win £250!
Does your dog have star quality?
We're rolling out the red carpet and inviting our four-legged visitors to show off their best looks! Dress your dog in their favourite outfit, let them strut their stuff on our red carpet and capture that perfect photograph.
Share your photo with Country Ways on social media to enter our competition for the chance to win a £250 Country Ways voucher!
Whether they're dressed to impress, looking wonderfully quirky or simply being their adorable selves, we can't wait to see your entries.

We're delighted to welcome Andy Mo Photography to Country Ways for a very special dog portrait photography experience.
Capture your dog's unique personality with a professional photoshoot, creating beautiful memories to treasure for years to come. And with Christmas just around the corner, these photographs could make a wonderful gift for the dog lover in your life!
Photoshoot packages:

Includes high-quality digital images, emailed to you after the event.

A £10 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day.
There will also be fun dressing-up accessories available if you'd like to add a little festive cheer to your photographs, or you're welcome to bring your own!
Bookings are now live, and appointments are limited, so we recommend booking ahead.
🐕 Dog Training Hints & Tips with The Working Puppy Company
(Sunday 1st November | 12 noon – 4pm)
We're delighted to welcome Kirstin Rennie from The Working Puppy Company, who will be joining us in-store on Sunday afternoon.
Kirstin will be sharing her knowledge and experience, offering friendly dog training hints, tips and advice.
Whether you're navigating the challenges of puppyhood, working on everyday manners or simply looking for ways to strengthen your relationship with your dog, this is a great opportunity to chat with someone who knows dogs!
Bring along your four-legged friend, ask your questions and pick up some helpful advice.
💚 Meet the Wonderful Therapets!
(Saturday & Sunday - times vary)
We're thrilled to be welcoming Therapets from Canine Concern Scotland Trust to our Pups Party Weekend for a very special meet and greet!
These wonderful dogs have a very important job – bringing companionship, comfort and smiles to people who need them most.
Run by Scottish charity Canine Concern Scotland Trust, the Therapet service sees specially assessed dogs and their volunteer owners visiting hospitals, care homes, schools, hospices and other community settings across Scotland.
Their visits can make a remarkable difference to people's wellbeing, particularly those experiencing loneliness, isolation or simply missing the companionship of a much-loved pet.
It's a wonderful example of the special bond between humans and dogs, and the positive impact our four-legged friends can have on our lives.
Come along and meet some of these amazing canine volunteers and their dedicated owners, hear about the important work they do and find out more about the Therapet programme.
We're delighted to have them joining us at Country Ways and helping to spread a little happiness during our Pups Party celebrations!

🍪 Trick for a Treat!
Does your dog know a clever trick? We'll have plenty of tasty treats for our canine visitors to sample throughout the weekend. And if your pooch can show us their best trick, even better!
From sitting and shaking paws to rolling over or showing off something a little more impressive, we'd love to see what they can do. Of course, no tricks are necessary to enjoy a treat!

Alongside our red-carpet competition and professional photography sessions, there will be plenty of opportunities to capture a fun photograph of your dog enjoying the weekend.
